Got Me Feeling Brand NEW – Everyday Makeup Tutorial

Hi Guys! In this video I’ll just be
doing a basic everyday look, just how I wear my makeup to work, I’ve already
done my eyebrows in another video so I’ll link that in the description below. I’ve primed and moisturize my
face already so I’m going in with my foundation which is the “Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless” in the shade 365, so I just apply that all over my face. I then go with a damp beauty blender. I’m just dampening my Beauty Blender with the “Scandinavian Finishing Spray” and then I just start to blend. What I notice with this beauty blender is that it does take up a lot of
product, instead of keeping it on my face, it does take up a lot, so usually I use
a different one but I just thought I’d try this one up today. Let’s just
continue to blend. As you can see I had to take a little bit more of the
foundation and just apply it to my forehead. I then go in with my “L.A. Girl Pro Conceal” in the shade chestnut to highlight underneath my eyes, my forehead, down the bridge of my nose, my top lip and then just my chin. Oh yeah and then just under where I would contour. So then I take the same Beauty Blender and just blend it out. I take my highlight quite high up towards my eyebrows and right underneath my eyes. Underneath my eyes are a little bit dark so I take it in just to make it a
bit seamless. As I said before the Beauty Blender has taken up a lot of
product so I had to add a little bit more and just continue to blend. after everything is blended out I’ll go
in and set the highlight. I’ll be using the “Sasha Cosmetics Buttercup Powder” to set underneath my eyes, basically all the areas that I applied the highlight to. I don’t bake like other people do
because I like the flawless finish it gives when you’ve just added enough of
the powder. I’m then going to go in with my “Bobbi Brown Skin Foundation” in Espresso to contour. I’m literally a bottom of this foundation and just
haven’t had the chance to buy another one so instead of wasting it I just stuck my
finger in and got some product out. I probably should have needs a brush but who cares! As long as it still looks good so yeah I’m going in with a flat
top brush just to blend out this contour. I bring it quite close into my
face. I like the warmth it gives, the more you bring the contour in. I also take the “L.A. Girl Pro Conceal” and
just set above my eyes and my eyelids. Then I go in my “Mac Studio Fix Powder” in the shade NW 50, just to set the concealer. After that I create a winged eyeliner. I’ll be using the “Simple Sleek Eyeliner” in the color black. I do exactly
the same on the other side I prefer the “Sleek” and the little brush that it comes with because it’s quite stiff so you don’t have the problem of it moving about
a lot. It helps you to create quite a straight line. With the same eyeliner
I just placed these dots just below my eye and below my eyebrow I don’t know why I do it. I just like the way it looks. I’ve got no idea what im listening to. I can’t remember what mascara this is, it was given to me by my best friend
and, yeah, I don’t know what it’s called. If I do find out what is called I’ll
put it in the description below The lashes I use are the “Ardell Demi
Whispies” and I use a black eyelash glue. I find that it looks a lot better than
the white, and it dries better. You will see it’s going to match my
eyeliner. I like to use curved tweezers because I find that it makes it a lot
easier for me to put on. So I let the glue get little bit tacky, stick the
middle bit on. Then I go to the inside of the eyelash, the one closest to my inner
eye and then the outside. Sometimes it is easier to use your fingers than the tweezers. You feel what’s going on. Taking the same mascara I just apply that to my own lashes it
helps it blend a lot better with false lashes. I use to same technique on the
other side, so you can see that I am letting the glue a little bit tacky which makes it
easier to stick on. Stick on the middle, then the inside and then the outside of
the lash. Using my fingers again for the outside of the lash. Just the
warm up my face a bit I go with my “Mac Studio Fix Powder” in NW 58. Because I’m such a dark girl, I think its look better when I’ve warmed up my face with a darker powder. Then to highlight I use the “Sleek Contour and Highlight Palette” in the
color dark, you can use the highlighter from that. I just highlight the tip
of my nose, my cheekbones and above my Cupid’s bow and then a little
bit on my chin. Then I’m using the “Mac Studio Fix Powder” in NW 50 just to get rid of my smile lines and just to blend between my highlight and my contour a
little bit better. Then I just take it down a little bit
onto my neck and then going in with some lip gloss. Because my lips are so big I
don’t really like putting on lipstick, I feel like it looks a lot better with lip
gloss. Then just set my face I’m using “Scandinavian Finishing Spray” again.
when I use a lot powder I like to set my face so that it doesn’t look
so dry. I just fix up my edges a little bit I go in with my brush just to sleek down my hair a little bit more. My brush still has some of the “Cantu Leave-in conditioner inside because I brushed my
hair whilst it was wet, so that’s what the white stuff in the brush is. That’s basically it for the look, let me know what you think, just leave some comments below! if you enjoyed my video please remember to Like and Subscribe! and I’ll see you next time, Bye!
