It’s Happening! Too Faced HQ Office Tour

Hey, guys. Welcome to the Too
Faced corporate offices. Today is a special
day because I’m going to give you a
behind-the-scenes tour where all the magic happens. So come, follow me. So we just moved
about six months ago. We’re in the process
of decorating, but it still looks pretty good. So this is the reception area. As soon as you walk into
the Too Faced offices, this is what you see– giant models of some of
our best-selling products like the Melted. There’s a better-than-sex
waterproof like a little piece of art. So pretty. So cool. I love these. And here’s our beautiful
reception area. So if you’ve got an
appointment here at Too Faced, this is where you sit until
somebody comes to get you. And this is our
gorgeous receptionist, named Aunt Janelle. So if you’re calling
the corporate offices here at Too Faced, you’re
probably talking to her. She’s fabulous. I love this vintage
chandelier wrapped around this beautiful
custom gold chain. It’s so cool. We call it the birdcage. And right adjacent
to the birdcage is another sitting area with
this vintage French setee. So next, I’m going to show you
our product development area. It’s super secret. Hush, hush. Sh. Don’t tell anybody. But follow me. So you’ll see this huge area. This is where all the
magic is happening. We’re developing products
here, ideas here. It’s all bubbling
up from this area. So I do have an actual office,
but I spent a lot of my time here in the product development
area creating products with my team or working
on graphics with Heather. So this is actually
my personal chair. It’s very cool– leopard. This is my buddy that the
team got me named Valentino. Because sometimes
I get tired and I want to start with
something, and Heather won’t snuggle with me. So I’ve got to have a bunny. My pillow. So a lot of the times,
you’ll see me here working on some new dream items. Right now, hush hush,
this is next Christmas. Don’t look. Look away. Look away. And so that’s that. Let’s keep it going. This is the appreciation station
which, when products are done, they come back from the lab. We’ve been working on them for
months, sometimes even years. We’ll sit here, try them
on, and then go outside and see how it looks
in natural light. So that’s what this area is. This is our patio. Our building wraps
around this patio, so everybody can
access it for lunch. We really use it for
product development, like getting that natural light. But it’s also just a great
place to go out and dream. Some of us here at Too Faced
have dogs, like Clover. So some of my employees
bring their dogs to work. And we had these
customized Too Faced dog gates made so the puppies
can stay in the office and their mom or dad
can run around and work. Well, this is one of
our conference rooms. This is called the
Paris Conference Room. Clover, here. This is our Too
Faced fur baby wall. Everybody here who has a pet
got at least one of their pets on the fur baby wall. And you’ll see Clover
and all his little family members around him. Now I’m going to take
you into the playroom. Either a lot of us
will meet in one area or we’ll look at collections–
seasonal collections, complete collections–
all at once. So this area is amazing
because it’s all set up in natural light. We have this huge
table so I can lay out a year’s worth of
seasonal products all out. So we’ll have spring,
summer, fall, and Christmas so we can see it
within one collection. I love this customized
Too Faced heart wall– of course, only at Too Faced. So this is our
chocolate bar, where we keep a little snackage
and some product inspiration. So through these
doors is our kitchen. I love it. Super bright, super happy. Lots of room for everyone to
get together, have a meal, have a snack. Great coffee bar. Two fridges. I love these really
modern cloud chandeliers. So right off the
kitchen is our marketing and visual department. This is a great area for lots
of collaboration, lots of ideas. I love this logo. It’s a Too Faced
sequined confetti logo. I think it’s so cool. Our fixtures. Lots of visual creative
people working here, and are responsible for
some of the amazing things that you love and
see at Too Faced. We have a whole doggy park here. So we have this whole area
for the dogs to run in. So Clover can run around. He can get some
exercise, have some fun, and do their business. This is our Madonna wall. Of course, she’s amazing– a strong, independent,
creative force of nature who redefined
what it means to be a powerful girl in the ’80s. So we love her. And you’ll see this really
cool customized wall of very Too Faced centric bows. We love that. So we have human
resources, sales. This is education, here. More sales. Really smart, powerful
people doing amazing things. This is a cool conference room. It’s a more intimate space,
but also just a great place to get some real
serious work done. It’s gold with pink
lips all over it. Who doesn’t want that, right? So then I’ll take you to
our other conference room on this side, which is
called our Dream Room. And you’ll get a feel for why. So this is a really
cool conference room. It’s called the Dream Room. There are lots of unicorn heads
on the wall, golden trees. It’s cool and inspirational. And you’ll see that it
holds a lot of people. This is all about
peach– getting you the peach palettes you want. So this is the peach
meeting, just for you. [APPLAUSE] We’re working hard for you. So that’s pretty
much the office. Now I’m going to take
you to my office. Jeremy’s the brains. He’s always on the phone
dealing with money, dealing with financial
stuff, dealing with shipping, dealing with getting
more products made. You know when we
run out of something and you guys love it and
it sells out so fast? He’s in here stressing out,
calling everybody, calling our lab, getting
everything made. So a lot of interesting, cool
stuff goes down in this office. So Jeremy and I
share a bathroom. So it’s in between our offices. So I’ll take you in here. It’s a really cool,
private bathroom. I love it. So this is our very
first Vogue feature– in fact, our very first
magazine article ever, back from May of 1998. And it features Jeremy and
I as the Too Faced rebels. They were showcasing
brand-new brands back then. And out of all of the brands up
there, we’re the lone survivor. So I guess that’s
saying something. And then you come
into my office. It has a very different
feel than Jeremy’s. I feel like this
office is everything I ever wanted over the last
18 years we built Too Faced. I imagined this
office to be real. And eventually and
finally, I’m so blessed and grateful that
it became a reality. So I have this customized
Too Faced desk. And you’ll see, we have
a customized, really cool golden Too Faced
logo leg, Carrara marble. I’ve got my pink laptop,
credenza, everything I could need to function. We’ve got Clover’s
a little area here. He’s got his toy chest. These cool vintage Dorothy
Draper consoles I got– I love these. Of course I had to have a
champagne bar cart for when there’s things to celebrate or
life gets a little too serious and you need a little sparkle. Right there. Got my cool little sofa. This is where I sit. I dream here. I work here. I really feel a lot
of inspiration here. OK, guys, so today’s
Jerrod-ism is, dream big. I don’t want you to ever
limit yourselves, especially when you’re dreaming. I want you to achieve absolutely
every want, wish, and desire you have ever had. If you work really
hard, you never give up, and you do what you know
you were built to do, there’s always that little
thing in you that you feel, that you know that there’s
something special about you or you have a special
perspective or a gift. I don’t want you to think small. I want you to dream big,
because anything and absolutely everything can happen. So don’t ever give up. Know that I believe in you. And know that all of this
is possible because of you. And I’m so grateful to you. Thank you for making
my dreams come true. Thank you for loving and
appreciating what we do, because without
you, I am nothing. So until next time,
I love you, boo.
