Valentine’s Day, Smoky & Sexy Makeup Tutorial – IT Cosmetics “Naturally Pretty” Palette

This is Julie from Odisha Lecom and today. I’m going to be bringing you this soft pretty and romantic kind of Smoky Brown and Purple I Hmm Drama let’s get started First things first as always, I’m using my mac paint pot and soft ochre And I’m just putting that all over the lid so that our shadow has something to stick to and I’m going in with this it cosmetics Palette and naturally pretty and all of these colors are beautiful and matt I love it I’ma start off with this color called love which [is] kind of a soft brownish pink We’re just going to put [that] all over the lower part of the Lid Next we’re going in with all heart. We’re going to use that to carve out the socket So just build up a little bit at a time here don’t go overboard you really want to blend out as you go so that you don’t have a huge mess on your hands at the end of it And taking a clean brush. I’m just going to further buff that out to make sure there are no harsh lines Next we’re going to be taking this colored Java which is this beautiful chocolaty brown and we’re going to use that to Start going into the outer V and also Deepening the crease And I’m just blending as I go along and taking any excess product into my crease Using that to carve out the socket again taking your blending brush and just making sure [that] all of those colors meld together Next we’re going in with iconic And we’re just going to place that right on top of the brown So iconic is this beautiful purple shade that just didn’t really show up on camera very well but it’s lovely so I thought I’d use it and Again blending all of those colors together as you go along next we’re going to be taking the Stila smudge stick and Damsel which is this dark beautiful brown color and I’m using that tool. I’m both the upper and lower waterline It can be a little sloppy on the lower waterline because we’re going to smudge that out and taking a pencil brush and the Color iconic And I’m just gonna start to smudge that out as much as I can using whatever is left over on our blending brush I’m also going to use that to smudge it out, and I had one patch of skin here that just wouldn’t accept color So please excuse me. I’m taking another clean brush, and I’m just making sure that all of the edges are buffed out Next we’re going to be [using] this transforming pearl color which actually makes any of the colors shimmery, but we’re going to use that as our highlight on our brow Bone and gently curling our lashes now I’m going to be focusing a lot of my Mascara application on my lower lashes and Just a coat on my upper lashes because we’re going to be using False lashes anyway, so it doesn’t really matter Just make sure your lashes are facing the right direction and Eventually I will Use a different pair of lashes I just like to recycle as much as I [possibly] can and since I only wear these looks for like 10 minutes, and then I wash my face. It doesn’t really Make sense to buy new lashes every time It’s cover up, whatever glue might be showing with some extra powder Next I’m using this color pop lippie pencil in pitch, and I’m just lining my lips go ahead and use a clean lip brush and Smudge out those edges so that when you put your lipstick on over it. You don’t have to do any blending And [I’m] using a mac lipstick called Riveting. Which is kind of this smoky purple color It’s very light and shir, and I’m just putting that directly over from the Tube and we’re done So this is the finished look. I think it’s really hilarious that I use to Pal it called Naturally pretty and this is what I came out of it with I totally wanted to do like a natural like kind of pretty Slightly Smoky look and I just I I got out of control but if I’m turning on my camera I’m doing the damn thing so this is what I came out with I only slightly look like a drag queen just just a skosh Visit me on Facebook Instagram Twitter And I have a tumblr and pinterest I’ll just link it all below you decide what you want to follow as always comment subscribe Let me know if you want to see a particular look in the future give a thumbs up if you liked this one, Ma also Keep an eye out for a new series of videos that I’m going to be making called back to basics That’s where if you have absolutely no makeup knowledge, whatsoever I’m just going to be covering things that people don’t cover in their videos like how to put on Mascara or how to tight line and line your waterline
